Man, am I in a good mood today!
Despite the fact that it's like a bajillion degrees here in NYC, I'm sittin' at my keyboard with a big ol' grin.
Firstly, my knucklehead stepson managed to survive his first year of Audio Engineering school, pulling in mostly A's for grades.
I'm gonna give him a break on the class he didn't ace, because he claims the teacher was out to get him. Yeah, I'm sure that's not exactly true, because I used that excuse myself back in the day, but whatevs. My steppie is a sarcastic, snarky jerk (I have NO IDEA where he gets it from...Don't you judge me...), and I'm just glad none of his teachers strung him up by his heels.
Secondly, not only am I suffused with something resembling familial pride, but I'm about to get a lil' crazy here. After three weeks of writing coherent, sensible, non-ranty posts about Games Workshop and 6th Edition 40k, it's time to return to tentacles, hamsters, Megan Fox (mmmmm....Megan Fox), and plotting to destroy this miserable globe you humans call home.
Pass me my disintegrator.

The model seen above is called 'Pinup Survivor,' from the Kingdom Death studio. Oofah.
Lemme be clear here- this post is about hot models. The kind of models that simpering girly-men claim 'objectify women' while they're busy menstruating and being ashamed that they have penises. Those guys need a punch in the mouf.
As for the actual Terran females- how can they be reading this if they're in the kitchen?

As awesome as they are, they're 'figurines,' and not 'models,' since they require no assembly or painting. So I'm gonna stick to models from mini-gaming companies and the like.
Here's the most interesting 'sexy model' fig I've seen in a while, and definitely one I need to get my tentacles on. It's called 'Zeeona,' from Studio McVey. Isn't she cute when she struggles, pointing her lil' pew-pew laser gun?

Studio McVey makes lovely models. Go check out their forthcoming game Sedition Wars (Which is SinSynn approved, cuz it has cool Xenos), and support their Kickstarter Campaign. The hobby needs more artistically driven companies like this.
Since we're talking sexy models, honorable mention must be made to Lelith Hespirax. Despite the fact that Games Workshop seems to have difficulty acknowledging the fact that attractive women might possibly exist within the settings they've created, and as a rule aren't really represented either in their fluff or the games themselves, they still managed to make this:

Jervis probably gets flustered and starts stammering at the mere thought of GW manufacturing an entire boxeset of lithe, scantily-clad, sadistic female Xenos warrior women, so Wyches were given interchangeable male/female legs and arms and whatnot.
Blah, GW....just...blah.
Fortunately, our hobby is not at all bereft of scantily clad warrior women.

While all of the models are friggin' cool, and I know I'm not alone when I say I'm looking forward to seeing the BaneLegions game itself, today we're talkin' 'bout da women.

You'd be hard-pressed to find more lovingly sculpted ladies than the ones gifted unto us by Kingdom Death, as I demonstrated at the top of this post. Fortunately for us, they made many of their sculpts available for 'general release.' Many of their original runs sell out almost immediately, making their new releases something to watch out for.

Next I'd like to thank Freebooter Miniatures for giving us the Amazons, a playable faction in their mini game Freebooter's Fate.
That's right- Amazons.

Clad only in feathers and tiny strips of some poor fool's hide, the Amazons in Freebooter's Fate (which looks really cool, btw) represent the only all 'sexy chick' faction in mini gaming that I can think of, and they look bad ass.
I would totally rock this army. Amazons are pure win in my book.

Finally, I would be remiss not to include some stuff from Corvus Belli. Their game Infinity features lovely models all around. Some of the best 28mm figs in the business, in fact.
For certain, they know how to showcase some fine cheesecake!
