New Member Monday - Awards and Accolades

Hello and welcome to another week at the only blog network to have have won Shropshire's coveted "village of the year" award.  Keen!

Also, we got one of these.

I won't say that it didn't take a lot of hard work to clench the win, but not in the way you think.  It was a massive undertaking, but one mostly of deception, card board cutouts and caffeine fueled miscreantism.  And SinSynn may, may have killed a guy.  But he could be taking the heat off of Lo.

Note to self:  keep my eye on those two.



OK.  Confession time.  We didn't win any awards. It was all just a last minute story to fill in the space that an extended Three Men and a Little Lady joke was supposed to occupy.  We had four new members this week, one of which happened to be a lady.  It was all going swimmingly until it dawned on me that 'little lady' was hovering a little too near to being sexist in this case.  The whole premise went further down in flames once I realized that two of the other new members would be occupying the roles played by Ted Danson and Steve Guttenberg.  And I just couldn't do that to another sentient being.
