I'm sorry to say that after last week's super dose of Top X goodness, that this week is a bit anemic. So it's not 10 selections or a novelization of Femalien. Funny story about that actually (the anemic part, not the soft core porn)... I came down with an upper respiratory thing and spent most of my time over the week resting and drinking plenty of fluids rather than reading blogs and wrangling Brent to put his skull in the dick-joke-o-matic.

1) Colonel Shofer's Mild OCD Model Blog - Infinite Hulks
The Colonel has been diligently linking to other people's mojo for as long as he's been a Colonel. And it's high time he's gotten some recognition for his eye for good content. This is just one of many super keen and neat-o finds that I've ended up bookmarking.
2) Porky's Expanse! - 40K OSR? (12)
If you think I'm chepening out by picking posts that are link to other posts, then you a) didn't listen to the part where I said I was sick and b) aren't aware at how hard it is to actually come up with a list this good. For the 12 iteration of his metacontent, Porky has collected some truly cool stuff that reminds many of us just how open the 40k universe is.
3) Steam Powered Gamer - Hobby: Really easy-to-make templates!
If I remember anything through the red, rules lawyering haze of my brief time with HoMachine, it's that you need a shit load of templates to play. Thanks to Whitestar and our own general love for cheap and elegant solutions, now you know how to make your own.
4) Tales of a PG + Tabletop Skirmisher - The Lesser of Two Evils - Pulp City Battle
I have been wanting to feature this blog for quite some time. I already have a lot of respect for dedicated Press Gangers and one that blogs documenting that dedication is twice as nice. Unfortunately, every time I looked for a post to showcase, all I saw was some stuff about how much good work he was doing in his FLGS or some helpful product information. That didn't come out right.... Enjoy this excellently written battle report from a game that looks more than a little cool.
5) The Chaos Manifesto - HoP Idol: Who Will Be the the Idol?
I actually found this radical raccoon of a post last week, but sat on it since there seemed to be some concern over the legitimacy of our contest. The last thing I wanted was to catch more shit if people thought we were unfairly influencing the contest. In any case, this is quite possibly the nicest gesture about anything I've seen in a loooong while. HotPanda: a class act.
